Looking for another challenge? Check out our collaboration with Berry71Bleu!

Hey everyone how are you?

This month, our main sponsors are Zeus and Zoe and Berry71Bleu etsy shops which are both run by my friend Marivic Clifton.

Besides the super cool products available at the etsy shops, there are 2 blogs with 2 design teams showcasing awesome work with the handmade tags from Berry71Bleu and the gorgeous goodies from Zeus and Zoe. Besides that, there are also monthly challenges at each blog and there are AMAZING prizes on offer as well as the opportunity to be featured or a Guest Designer in an upcoming month.

I am also very happy to say that as of this month, I will be an ongoing Guest Designer at Berry71Bleu as I have long loved Marivic's tags!

So for this month, I invited the Design Team from Berry71Bleu to be our Guest Designers here and we thought it would be a great idea to combine their May challenge with ours. Check out the link HERE .

To join in the Berry71Bley challenge and be a winner there, you need to:
1) follow our sketch and journalling theme for OUAS for May
2) use chipboard on your layout!

If you DO play along with their challenge, you are MORE than welcomed to upload your work here too as you would have used our theme and sketch, therefore you give yourself 2 chances of winning !! In addition, if you do happen to use chipboard on your layout for our OUAS May challenge you are invited to upload it to the Berry71Bleu blog and get your self in with a double chance to win here as well! Note: If you have already uploaded your layout here at OUAS and have happened to use chipboard you still can upload it at the Berry71Bleu blog or you can create another layout for OUAS since you are allowed to play along as many times as you like!

Here is what the Bery71Bleu Design Team created for the OUAS May challenge adding chipboard which is their May requirement!

Theme: Numbers!!!

This month, we ask you to include a number , ANY number, on your layout. It has to be VISIBLE on your layout and it can be in your title or part of your journalling. It can be a date, an age, a house number, an anniversary, the number of children you have, the number of pets ....anything you like. But please make sure that there is some explanation through your journalling, somewhere on your page or blog about what this number means to you.

Your layout must incorporate this theme and the sketch below.

  1. I have noticed that over the course of building a relationship with real estate owners, you'll be able to get them to understand that, in every real estate transaction, a commission is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers don't "save" the commission. Rather, they try to earn the commission by doing an agent's job. In doing so, they spend their money and time to perform, as best they can, the duties of an agent. Those duties include exposing the home through marketing, presenting the home to buyers, building a sense of buyer urgency in order to prompt an offer, scheduling home inspections, handling qualification checks with the lender, supervising repairs, and facilitating the closing.
