Guest Designers
It is so exciting to announce this month's Guest Designer. This lady has a unique and instantly recognisable style and we are so happy she has accepted our invitation to be our Guest Designer. HUGE welcome to the extremely talented..
Leeann Pearce from Australia
I’m Leeann Pearce and I am married to Quentin and we have 3 beautiful girls, Holly (9) Storm (8) and baby Jorja (2). We made a tree change last year and now live in the country on a farm not far from the ocean. We are slowly getting the farm animals. We have a dog and 9 chooks and I love that we get farm fresh eggs each day. I have been scrapbooking since about 2004. I like my creations to be fun and bright which reflects my personality – happy and a little quirky! I am a design team member for Aussie Scrap Source and also Basic Grey. I adore embellishments and have my own etsy shop call “the chip chop shop” made up of handmade yummies from dyed doilies, pin toppers, journal spots and acrylic designs. I love the whole process of creating and always look forward to creating the next one.

Here is what Leanne has created for our challenge...

Welcome also to the winner of our last challenge, who gets to be our Guest Designer for the month of November...

My name is Keren Tamir from Ontario Canada, and I'm 37 years old. I am a wife to a wonderful husband who is very supportive of my scrapbooking hobby and a mother of two amazing kids: a 10 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. I've been scrapbooking for 7 years and I mainly scrapbook about our family. I love to create and experiment with many different mediums and techniques. I get inspiration everywhere I go. I’m constantly thinking about scrapbooking and I design my layouts in my head usually while driving. I scrapbook at night when everyone is asleep because I love the inspiration you get when it’s quiet. I love my camera and I’m always taking many pictures everywhere I go.
I would love to see you over at my blog Expressing From My Heart.

Here is Keren's take on our challenge.

We are SO excited to have one of the best kit clubs sponsor us this month. Please welcome.....

Swirlydoos coordinated scrapbook kits are comprised of elegant papers and products that help our members create beautiful pieces of art both in their scrapbooks, and altered art projects. Swirlydoos tries to include only the newest and most innovative products on the market, as well as showcasing handmade and non-traditional products that we find within the crafting community. We encourage new growth in our members by offering monthly challenges on our forums and offering both photo and video tutorials which help them to learn new tips, tricks and techniques. We also offer a monthly technique or project kit to help further our members in their artistic ability. In addition, we offer various coordinating add ons for those ladies who can never have too many scrappy goodies!
Our forums are filled with some of the most talented scrapbookers on the net and ALL of our members are warm, welcoming, fun, and willing to share what they know with any “Swirly Sister” who wants to know. Our members encourage one another whole-heartedly and with unmatched humour. Swirlydoos has a very welcoming, yet tight “family feel” to it, this is a characteristic we cherish. 18. Thank you so much for this challenge. It is a very important subject for me and it pushed me into doing something to explain why I scrap. Wish I could have taken a better photo though - the colours of my layout are much better IRL. Cheers, Rebecca
